Pomodoro Health Aspects

It is a well-known fact that stress is a major cause of poor health in the workplace. Stress is often caused by too high expectations, and not enough recuperation. The Pomodoro technique creates space to focus on a single task for 25 minutes, shielded from interruptions and distractions. But keep in mind that the technique also involves pauses, two five-minute pauses and one 15-minute pause each three-Pomodoro cycle. That means that every 100-minute cycle will have 25 minutes of recuperation, where you can stand up, stretch, take a walk around the office or do some exercises.

In fact, Pomodoro Track includes a feature where you can open up a Google search for three-minute stretching exercises. In the pause progress screen, you just click the yoga button.
